Leviticus 25:10

“And you shall celebrate the fiftieth year, officially proclaiming the release of the slaves throughout the country and for all those living there. It shall be a year of Jubilee for you, in that each one shall regain his share of the inheritance, and that each one may return to his family.”

Leviticus 25:13

“In the Jubilee year, each of you shall be reinstated in his original property rights.”

Jubilee years are social measures required by the Jewish religion every 50 years (see the book The Jubilee Murders). Their implementation is blocked by bankers.
